Job DescriptionDigital Giant is a multi-discipline imaging and production studio cofounded by friends and experienced industry professionals Dallas Carroll and Alex Pickup, working primarily out of Los Angeles and London.The Digital Giant ethos is to approach every project with freshness and adaptability, using our broad knowledge of production methods and processes to achieve great results and make things as straight forward and streamlined as is possible.In simple terms, we just love working with our fellow artists to create imagery of all kinds, we relish the process as much as the outcome, and we believe that the whole event should be fun and rewarding for everybody involved.We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our growing team to work on some exciting automotive projects. The role will cover the successful day-to-day management of creative projects, making sure the teams are briefed in and have everything they need. You will be working closely with our Senior Project Managers, learning our processes and helping to keep projects on track by ensuring key information is recorded and shared to the relevant teams and artists. General tasks will include daily scrums via Slack, keeping our project management system, Forecast, up to date and making sure artists are allocating time to their tasks. You will be assisting in overseeing a range of projects varying from traditional retouch jobs to full CGI campaigns so having experience working in a post production studio is a bonus.Key responsibilities:Allocate team resource on projects making sure they’re fully informed of the deliverablesFeedback to the Senior Project Managers on overall team status and performance? Help keep all documentation and PM systems up to datePlan and manage delivery of projects for clientsAssist in the day-to-day running of projects including daily scrumsEnsure high quality delivery of projects, often assuming a Quality Assurance roleTroubleshoot and help coordinate resolutions to issues related to the delivery of the projectMotivate the whole project team to ensure productivity and escalate issues where necessaryBenefitsAnnual Holiday Allowance – 28 days including Bank Holidays.
