Location:

Bristol – Hybrid on site twice a week

Salary:

Up to £29,000.00 per year

Contract : 15 months fixed term

Our client, a leading business communications company are currently recruiting a Junior Account Manager to join their team on a 15-month fixed term contract.

Mani Duties:

Assist in the BAU Management of allocated Client Base

Own complex issues and, as main point of escalation, provide full-detailed resolutions with full responsibility in updating key stake holders

Attend daily Production Meetings

Host and participate in monthly 3rd party review meetings

Relationship management with Client BAU contacts

To ensure all BAU activity is charged according to the client contract

Monitor and help manage the client specific change management process, working closely with design, development, production and warehouse ensuring client requirements for changes are met for Medium/Large Change requests.

Attend and contribute to monthly reviews hosted by the Client Relationship Management team

Understand contractual SLA commitments for their clients and ensure all SLAs are delivered across all output channels

Keep Client Operations and Client specific documentation up to date

Support and assist the Account Director & Client Services Director where required

Responsibility of maintaining administrative duties

Skills:

Previous Account Management experience

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Good communications skills
