Use your keen interest in machinery and engineering to kickstart your career in printing. Learn all about textiles and become a skilled Fabric Print Operator. We are seeking a motivated and practically gifted person to join our expert fabric print team as a Trainee/Apprentice.

Earn a good wage whilst receiving comprehensive training in all aspects of fabric printing, dyeing & finishing and get to know the digital fabric print process from start to finish. Experience of factory work would be an advantage, but more important is a willing attitude and a commitment to producing precise, high quality work at speed.

Enjoy working in a small friendly team, overseeing machine operations and learn basic maintenance, quality control and how to print and produce luxury fabrics. This is varied interesting work that would suit someone who is hard working and flexible, with a keen eye for detail. You should also be good at problem solving and keen to learn how to operate machinery. Play an important part in the printing of fabric and manufacture of luxury garments that are then shipped all over the UK and the rest of the world.

David Nieper Ltd is a well-established family business that has been successfully designing and manufacturing luxury ladies’ fashion for over 60 years – all Made in Britain. We recognise that the main reason why we have been a success is the passion and commitment of our people. Therefore, there are many varied career development opportunities. We offer comprehensive training, excellent working conditions and generous pay. Evening working attracts premium shift rates, with additional night time pay and over time regularly offered.

We’re proud of the exceptional quality of the clothes we make – and the wonderful people who work here. To apply to join us, please send an email to rebecca.applications@davidnieper.co.uk and we can send you a link to our easy to complete online application form or request a printed form if preferred.

We look forward to hearing from you.
