£24,000 Basic Salary plus market leading commission structure – £40,000-45,000 1st Year on target earnings rising to £70,000-£80,000 in Year 2.

We are looking for Graduate Recruitment Consultants to be be part of our sales performance programme, being led by our dedicated Performance & Development Manager and supported by our directors, leadership team and other successful recruitment consultants. The programme will take you through each stage of the recruitment process, providing coaching through our ‘Personal Trainer’ style to enable you to develop the skills to become a future top biller and leader. We will challenge you to be the best: Cold calling, identifying new opportunity and winning your own new business is a must!

Cold calling /sales

Identifying the top candidates in your market

Generating leads to identify new opportunities

Pitching to, negotiating with and winning new business

Partner with hiring managers at your clients to understand their hiring needs and fill their roles

Working towards and achieving weekly and monthly targets

Who are we looking for?

Experience is not required – We are more focussed on mentality, personality and ambition

Recent graduate / Sales experience

Achiever – High performer in something that you have done

Grit – Recruitment is tough and we are not quitters
