CT Skills is excited to offer an Apprenticeship with an NHS GP Practice that aims to provide the highest quality of medical care possible to the Liverpool community.

You will be joining a small, friendly team and support with the smooth running of the practice. This is a great opportunity to gain the training and experience needed to take the first steps in building your career in an administration customer/patient facing role within the NHS.

Youll work towards your Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification, have

1-2-1 Monthly Sessions(via Teams)with your Tutor, and spend

6 hours a week on apprenticeship work e.g., assignments, study, training etc.

Day to day, you will:

Answer the telephone.

Make outbound calls to book patient appointments.

Deal with queries and ordering prescriptions

Make appointments for the patients using care navigation techniques to sign post to the appropriate service.

Admin/ filing/ coding hospital letters.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

£12,480 per year, with regular appraisals

Monday to Friday 7.45am to 4.15pm and 10am to 6.30pm (shifts alternate weekly).
