You will be expected to attend the office 50% of the working week, to align with our hybrid working policy. Our responsibilities include setting security policies, educating users on good security practices, managing security risks, and auditing our security posture. Outside of security we’re passionate about a combination of sport, music, coffee, dogs, and memesJOB PROFILEThis role will be to support the Security Compliance Manager. We’re looking for an organised, attentive individual who can promote a positive information security culture to support delivery of ISO standards, such as ISO27001 and ISO22301. The role will support the business initiatives around documentation governance whilst supporting areas such as user awareness, business continuity and sales support. You will also need to be familiar with producing documentation. Training and development will be available to the successful candidate and will incorporate the need to self-study and commit to research on topics to gain full understanding and development.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES? Supporting the Security Compliance Manager? Supporting the organisation’s implementation of current and future standards along with an increased maturity level. ? Working with relevant teams to gather evidence of information security controls in operation and report on their effectiveness.? Improve and support the information security user awareness framework and it’s reporting across the business.? Provide project coordination within the Information Security & Compliance function? Providing responses to new and existing clients’ information security questionnaires, including control evidence and related policies? Supporting the organisations approach to documentation governance.? Support and Improve reporting of Security Compliance. ? Support the delivery of the Business Continuity Management system.The responsibilities detailed above are not exhaustive and you may be requested to take on additional responsibilities deemed as reasonable by their direct line manager.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Essential Criteria? Keen interest in Information Security Compliance.? Effective stakeholder relationship building and management skills.? Pragmatic approach to problem solving and issue resolution.? Desire to learn and develop within an Information Security Compliance role. Desirable Criteria? Previous experience in a large, financial services organisation.?
