My client, an established food and beverage operation on the Isles of Scilly are seeking an experienced Junior sous chef to join their team.

It’s an immediate start for the right candidate, working until the end of September, so we are looking for a chef that can commit till then.

You will have a proven track record in working in high quality, high volume Pub,bar, cafe style operations and be able to hit the ground running, as they can cater fro up to 120 covers for both lunch and dinner.

The hours are splits, spread over 5-6 days and working 50 hour a week will be throughout May to End of September. There is also a retention bonus paid at the end of the season.

The accommodation is a 5 minute walk away, all contained and is charged at £9 per day, with a bonus paid back if the accommodation is left in a fit and proper state.
