Your duties andresponsibilities in this role will consist of:

Coriel is seekinga passionate and proactive person to work within our technical servicesdelivery team to:

Provideboth on-site and remote technical support.

Learn how to solve problems and promptlydiagnose issues (either hardware or software).

Attendcustomer sites for systems installations, system fault finding, and hardwarereplacements.

AssistCoriel engineering teams (UK and Spain) in daily delivery tasks such assoftware installation, system testing, and hardware device deliveries.

Contributeto the production of quality product delivery and customer facingdocumentation.

Formgood customer relationships through efficient delivery and support.

Servecustomers in the UK and overseas accompanied by senior support team members.
