What you will do in your working day

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers at reception or through electronic media in order to provide an efficient and courteous service at all times
  • Engage with our customers and respond to queries to provide appropriate information, advice and where necessary signpost to alternative agencies
  • Access, update and accurately record information on the Groups IT systems
  • Undertake general administrative duties as required by the Customer Services department

The training you will be getting

You will work towards a Level 2 NVQ Customer Services Practitioner qualification liaising regularly with your line manager and your assessor, who will visit you at your workplace to provide support to complete your assignments. 

Functional skills in maths and English (if required).

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Once you have completed your apprenticeship there is a possibility to move into a permanent role as a Customer Services Advisor.
