What you will do in your working day

As a  Call Centre Operator specialising in life insurance, you’ll proactively engage with the public via outbound calls.

Your goal? – To connect with individuals interested in exploring new life insurance policies or reviewing existing ones. You’ll be the friendly face representing us, guiding customers through their insurance journey.

Key Responsibilities:

– Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, adeptly gathering relevant information.

– Employ exceptional customer service skills to captivate customers’ attention and navigate them through insurance options.

– Collaborate closely with our seasoned sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

– Enjoy comprehensive training and ongoing support provided by our management and training team.

  • Full training will be given leading to a recognised Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard Level 3 Qualification
  • Full on the job training will be delivered
  • Off the job training will be supported by our training provider – Davidson Training UK Ltd
  • You will complete the Functional Skills in maths and English up to and including Level 2 (if you don’t already hold the equivalent)

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Full position will be available after the completion of the apprenticeship.
