About the Role The Marketing Graduate Programme is designed to immerse you in the exciting world of Marketing at Boots. Our Marketing teams are continually generating creative and engaging content through an integrated omnichannel approach (i.e. across our stores, mobile app, TV/Radio, social media platforms, emails etc), generating loyalty, satisfaction and trust. It’s a great place to find out more about our customers, unleash your creativity or put into practice your analytical skills. Sitting within the Customer Marketing & Loyalty team , you’ll be responsible for developing the personalised marketing plan and managing the delivery of reactive communications. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver the best customer communications whilst driving real commercial results. It’s a busy role that requires a customer focused mind-set, strong communication skills, attention to detail and great organisation. We’ll help you develop the skills and expertise that you need to become a Marketing specialist of the future. You’ll have access to functional and role specific training to help set you up for success. What you’ll do

  • You’ll work as a member of the wider marketing team to collaborate with key stakeholders to create and respond to briefs based on business objective and need as well as supporting the total customer experience.
  • You will be responsible for creating, managing and delivering the CRM plan.
  • You’ll review and analyse commercial and customer impact to define opportunities, assigning KPIs and continually optimise the customer journeys based on results.
  • You will have the opportunity to be involved in supporting the delivery of wider projects.

What you’ll need to have

You must be on track or have achieved a 2:1 degree or above

It would be great if you also have

  • Proactive attitude, keen to get involved and bring new ideas and give something new a g
  • Excellent communication skills and talented relationship builder, an ability to work well as part of a team and confident working with many different internal and external stakeholders at one time
  • Have a customer first, analytical mindset – unlocking insight from data using analytical reporting
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities, experience of delivering to tight deadlines
  • Change mindset
  • An ability to challenge processes / figures and deliver efficiencies
  • A strong drive for self-development and growth
