Position Overview:

Our client is seeking dynamic and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join their team in London. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top-tier talent for some of the world’s leading firms globally. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in recruitment and work with industry-leading clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting market research to identify potential candidates and clients.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Advertising job openings through various channels and networking to attract candidates. Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles.

Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiating employment terms and managing offer processes.

Collaborating with senior consultants and managers to meet client requirements and achieve recruitment targets. Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments to provide informed advice and solutions.

Requirements:

Competitive Mindset and ambitions to grow Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment (preferred but not essential)

MANDATORY:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, HR, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Languages, etc.). Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confidence speaking in-person & on the phone.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proactive attitude with a strong desire to succeed. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Previous experience in recruitment or sales (desirable but not essential).

Sales Experience – Desirable but not mandatory.
