Summary:

ComPro Renewable Energy are looking for a Junior Finance Assistant to join its growing team and support the finance function. This opportunity is great for an individual who wants to grow and progress within a business and work as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Junior Finance Assistant:

Supplier invoices – checking, matching against purchase orders and inputting

?

Reconciling supplier statements

?

Preparing supplier payments for approval

?

Engineers’ daily timesheets – coordinating, summarising and inputting

?

Bank – inputting daily bank transactions and preparing the bank reconciliations

?

Sales invoicing – raising non project invoices

?

Credit control – responsibility for day-to-day credit control and escalating problem debts for the Finance Director’s attention

?

Handling telephone queries

?

Ad hoc assistance to the Finance Director

Experience Required:

?

2+ years of accounting experience

?

AAT / CIMA (desirable)
