What

e’re
looking for in a Junior Sous Chef:
Previous
experience as a Junior Sous or Senior Chef De?
Partie
?within?a similar
kitchen environment and
/or
hospitality setting.
A good knowledge
of?classical techniques
as well as excellent product knowledge.
Proficient
in
?Food Safety and?Health & Safety?legislation
.
Good
communicator
and able to
communicate effectively with all departments in the spirit of the company values
.
Able t
o lead positively and promote a sense of collaboration and professionalism
.
Has the Right to Work in the UK
.
Expected earnings from £19.04 per hour
