The role

As a Graduate Surveyor, you will be required to assist the team in a wide range of work with private sector and public clients.

Responsibilities

  • Working with qualified surveyors to identify and determine client requirements
  • Attend client meetings as required
  • Actively participate in understanding and meeting colleague and clients requirements
  • Develop understanding of the procurement process on behalf of clients
  • Ensure compliance with Cluttons working policies and procedures
  • Work effectively under pressure, remaining calm and approachable
  • Participate in client meetings where required
  • Work to standard required by RICS and maintain ethical standards
  • Ensure all work undertaken is produced accurately to standards in a timely and efficient manner
  • Commitment to completing the APC training programme
  • Contribute to the production of tender documentation
  • Research and draft reports
  • Educated to degree level in a RICS accredited first degree or masters degree
  • A team player able to work effectively on their own with supervision
  • Excellent interfacing skills with clients and fellow professionals
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative in a busy office with a varied case load
  • Strong communication and time management skills
