Its microbiome products provide solutions for food and healthcare companies across the global wellness market, marketing to consumers under the brand name Bimuno.Job Title: Marketing Intern Job Family: E-Commerce Term: 1 year fixed contractJob Purpose:1. Support the CRM Marketing Executive & other key business stakeholders.2. Manage the new website design project.Role Scope:Planning and implementing new CRM system and new website design project. Support across various marketing activities. Key areas of responsibility:Assist with implementation of new website and new CRM system. Support the CRM Marketing Executive in planning, creating and managing campaign and workflow emails.Support the integration of CRM results into the monthly calendar and the creation of monthly and quarterly reports.Conduct customer surveys and using results to provide insights to direct marketing activities.Monitor and respond to customer queries and complaints across channels such as social media, Trust Pilot and CS email, escalating to CRM Executive or external agency as needed.Support and suggest gifting and communication to Subscribers and new customers with relevant colleagues. Support the E-commerce team by coordinating, writing and collating content for social media channels and company websites as needed.Research and outreach for potential gifting partnerships as needed. Monitor competitor activity and deliver competitive insights to the team monthly.Support the E-commerce team and external agency to plan, develop and execute marketing initiatives.Ad hoc marketing support as required, including participation in special marketing initiatives and events as needed.Produce additional marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures and exhibition related projects alongside the marketing team and external agencies.Admin support.Person specification:Experience:Minimum 1 year of marketing professional experience preferably including consumer marketing.Experience with CRM and some project management.Skills & Knowledge:Knowledge of website design and CRM systems.Commercial awareness with a focus on consumer markets know your target market and have the ability to create campaigns that grab the attention of the customer.Excellent analytical skills be able to gather and analyse data.Creative mindset.Basic photography, image and video editing and graphic design skills.Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Competent in core Microsoft Platforms (Word, Excel, PPT).Willingness to learn.Proactive, confident, professional, team player that works to a high standard.Qualifications and Training:Degree in Marketing desirable or sufficient experience within a marketing role.What the candidate will gain:Professional development: Hands-on experience in diverse marketing operations including CRM, content management, and customer engagement strategies.Skill enhancement: Opportunities to develop both soft skills (like communication and teamwork) and technical skills (including CRM management and website analytics).Network building: Interaction with industry professionals and opportunities to build meaningful professional connections.Career advancement: Exposure to industry practices and challenges that prepare you for further career opportunities in marketing and e-commerce.Learning opportunities: Engage with experienced colleagues and external agency to gain insights into professional project execution and management in a fast-paced environment, along with opportunities to contribute to and witness the progression of projects from inception to completion.
