An excellent Secondary school based in Braintree are currently seeking an experienced Secondary School Teaching Assistant to join their team for September 2024.The role is full time and permanent, working Monday to Friday.

This role is a perfect opportunity for graduates who have previous Teaching Assistant or tutoring experience. We are looking for individuals who are aspiring to become Secondary School Teachers or would like to gain classroom experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Secondary Teaching Assistant

Working in KS3, KS4, KS5

Providing tutoring support, in class support, 1:1 support or SEN support

Full Time and Permanent contract

Starting in the new academic year

September 2024

£20,800k per annum

Located in Braintree, Essex

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Strong academics across the board (Degree, A levels, GCSEs)

Experience of working with children is essential

Previous classroom experience / tutoring experience is desirable

A passion to work with children

Excellent communication skills

Confident, personable, and determined in nature
