An excellent Secondary school based in Tower Hamlets are currently seeking a an Academic Mentor to join their team for September 2024.The role is full time and long term and will be for the whole of the academic year.

This role is a perfect opportunity for graduates who have previous Teaching Assistant or tutoring experience. We are looking for individuals who are aspiring to become Secondary School Teachers or would like to gain classroom experience.

Supporting with English

Working in KS3, KS4, KS5

Providing tutoring support, English Support, GCSE support

Long Term and Full Time

Starting in the new academic year

September 2024

£92 – £106 per day (+ excellent bonus package)

Located in the Borough of Tower Hamlets

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Strong academics across the board (Degree, A levels, GCSEs)

Experience of working with children is essential

Previous classroom experience / tutoring experience is desirable

A passion to work with children

Excellent communication skills

Confident, personable, and determined in nature
