As part of the graduate programme, you will be given a comprehensive training from some of the best in the industry giving you a strong platform to develop your skills as a Trader.Some of the topics you will cover as part of the graduate programme:Introduction to Commodities Trading: Comprehensive overview of commodities markets, including energy, agricultural products, and FX.Options and Derivatives: Understanding options and derivative products commonly traded in commodities markets, including futures, forwards, options, and swaps.Risk Management and Compliance: Understanding the regulatory environment and risk management practices in commodities trading, including the use of derivatives.Professional Certification: Preparation for and completion of relevant industry examinations, such as the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) Level 3 Certificate.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends, supply and demand dynamics, and geopolitical factors affecting commodity prices.Trade Execution: Assist traders in executing trades and managing positions, learning the intricacies of trade lifecycle management.Portfolio Management: Participate in managing a portfolio of commodity positions, applying risk management techniques to manage the portfolio effectively.Requirements:STEM Degree educatedStrong analytical and quantitative abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work quickly and under pressure.Desirable: Proficiency in a programming language for data analysis and automation tasks.
