We are currently looking for ambitious graduates to join one of the UK’s leading specialist Investment Companies based in their London office in September 2024.

Offering both Investment Management and Investment Advisory services. This firm has a unique approach as they are a purpose-built investor with an advisory mind-set who offers a dynamic and opportunistic approach to risk management, asset allocation and implementation.

Your role will be wide-ranging and will encompass interacting with managers, conducting data analysis, and contributing to customer objectives.

We believe that the unique breadth of this programme will enable you to develop a strong technical and non-technical multi-functional skillset that could be applied in several areas of our business.

The 2-year graduate programme will involve structured rotations across the business:

Customer Analytics and Operations

?Understanding how relationships, clients and data are applied across the business and functions work together for the delivery of the business.

Spend time working with operations to understand the front and back office areas.

Working with the relationship management team on auto-enrolment, legislation and how it applies.

Working with the relationship management team to explore customer retention and growth strategy

MI and Data Governance

Working with the team on due diligence and integrity of Data

Understanding how to manage data securely and effectively

Analysing and spotting trends in customer information

Product Development

Working with the Client team supporting sales, client pitches and presentations

Supporting the client team with existing relationship management

Launching new products

Investment and Marketing

Working with these teams on investment and governance
