Job DescriptionOur client, a leading broadcast equipment facility based in West London has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Audio Engineer on a permanent basis. On a daily basis you will work closely with a Senior Audio Engineer to learn how to ensure seamless coordination, repairs and technical support across audio equipment for a diverse range of events and broadcast projects. Main duties include:Manage and oversee audio elements of projects, from initiation to completionWorking with the Project Managers across technical solutions for clientsLearn the increasing array of technology available to the engineering department whether that be new fibre, IP or understanding how the new trucks worksPreparing, returning and maintaining audio broadcast equipment from productionsWhilst this opportunity is mainly based at the company offices, there is an expectation that candidates will progress to working on location with the audio department so a desire to work on site is essential! You will also need to have a keen interest in the technical aspects of broadcast across audio with a keen desire and willingness to learn.
