Junior Sous – Weybridge – 2 AA Rosettes – 4 on, 3 off

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous to join the brigade to deliver amazing quality 2 AA Rosette standard dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. As Junior Sous you will be supporting an award winning Head Chef to prepare seasonal modern dishes with an Italian influence, alongside British classics.

A basic salary of £31,000

£4,200 service charge + tips and retention bonuses

4 days per week

Our client is a modern boutique hotel on the outskirts of Weybridge with a 2 AA Rosette restaurant and luxurious rooms and suites. The hotel boasts a stunning restaurant and bar along with various meetings and events spaces, along with state of the art spa and gym facilities.

The Person

The Junior Sous will have:

Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous in a fresh food environment, ideally at 2 AA Rosette level

A real passion for food and creating amazing dishes

Dedication, motivation and positivity

Flexibility to cover shifts as required

As the hotel is located on the outskirts of Weybridge, having your own reliable transport is essential
