We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented

Estimator

to join client’s subcontractor firms. This division specializes in reinforced concrete frames and works with major Tier 1 contractors across London.

Do you have a Right to Work in the UK?

Do you have a Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent?

Are you a ‘minted’ estimator

(someone new to the field but with the qualifications) looking to launch your career? This permanent, full-time role offers the perfect chance to learn from the best!

What you’ll bring:

A degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc) or a similar qualification. We’ll also consider experience estimating in other sectors.

Experience reviewing tender documents and creating bills of quantities.

The ability to prepare handover materials and collaborate with design and operations teams.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients and subcontractors.

Strong IT and analytical skills.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A willingness to conduct site visits as needed.

The ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.

Solid references are a must.
