We are seeking motivated and diligent customer service apprentices who are eager to join the automotive industry and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.The chosen candidate will embark on a remote-based journey towards achieving a Level 3 qualification as a Customer Service Specialist over a 15-18 month duration. Possession of a full UK driving license is preferred.

This is an apprenticeship delivered by Robert Bosch Ltd.

This position offers the ideal candidate an opportunity to gain experience in both Sales Executive and Service Advisor roles, thus enhancing their skill set for greater versatility.

The role aims to:

Provide top-tier service to customers by rotating between service and sales teams.Assist in vehicle sales and uphold exemplary front-of-house customer service.Contribute to the dealership’s achievement of its NPS target.Specific responsibilities include:Implementing dealership standards and procedures to ensure consistently high service quality.Completing all service and sales duties efficiently and to customer satisfaction.Maintaining a clean and safe workplace, reporting any safety concerns promptly.Continuously developing skills in sales, service, and customer interaction.Participating in training courses as directed by management.Engaging fully in activities designed to complement apprenticeship training.Undertaking any additional tasks as requested by management.Adhering to the company’s GDPR Policy when handling data.Attending all mandatory training sessions as specified by the company.

Toward the end of the apprenticeship, all candidates will be expected to present a high-level project aimed at improving and addressing business needs.
