THE TRAINEE AV ENGINEER ROLE:

You will receive a lot of training to get involved in:

Install and maintain AV systems, smart home technologies, and networking systems at various client sites across Dorset.

Provide troubleshooting support and expert advice to clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Shadow senior engineers, participate in manufacturer training courses, and gain hands-on experience with our processes and equipment brands.

There are clear pathways for career progression to more senior engineering roles.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Ideally have experience as an electrician or trade, although not essential

An interest in technology

Willing to travel around Dorset and surrounding areas

Full UK driving license

SALARY & BENEFITS YOULL RECEIVE AS TRAINEE AV ENGINEER:

£25,000 – £35,000, dependent on experience

31 days holiday, including public holidays
