Duties/main responsibilties include:

Working alongside the Accounts manager you will be supporting them with:

? Processing Supplier invoices to Dext

? Managing the Admin inbox

? Processing hotel bookings

? Dealing with Pod’s and price queries

? Calling suppliers for copy statements/invoices

? Statement reconciliation

? Ensuring invoices are posted to the correct nominal code

? Ensuring that goods have been received as per the invoice

? Ensuring that invoices have been authorised

? Handling staff expense claim forms

? Maintain the accuracy of supplier details

? Supporting the payment runs

? Corresponding with internal and external finance teams
