Junior Quantity Surveyor – Plymouth

Our client is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team in Plymouth. Working on mainly construction/ commercial projects but also some residential site knowledge would be good. This client has a very busy forward order book and can provide very stable and exciting prospects for a Junior Surveyor.

This role for a Junior Quantity Surveyor is a permanent position.

Day to day: General Quantity Surveyor duties

Assisting with:

• Cost plans
• Pricing projects
• Estimating
• Reporting to the senior commercial team
• Visiting sites in the local area

Site Manager Requirements:

• 1-2 years in a Quantity Surveying position
• Ideally knowledge of both residential and commercial projects although commercial and construction is a preference.
• Good at working with a busy team
• Friendly and professional
• Quantity Surveying Degree
