A fantastic opportunity for a bright ambitious individual to become a qualified Mortgage Advisor. Our client was recently voted Mortgage Firm of the Year and is looking for a Graduate Trainee Mortgage Advisor who will gain experience working for the business on a day to day basis whilst studying for their CeMap qualifications over 2 – 3 years.

This role would suit an ambitious individual who is looking for a long term career. The role offers regular pay increases whilst you pass each step of the CeMap qualification and the company offer continuous guidance and support. There is excellent earning potential once qualified!

Key Responsibilities

Administering mortgages to offer stage

Establishing and maintaining relationships with Estate Agency introducers

Researching mortgage facilities and placing cases with lenders

Eventually moving on to telephoning warm leads and making appointments

Finally carrying out mortgage and protection appointments and arranging mortgages

Key Requirements

Candidates will be bright, enthusiastic, outgoing and personable

Strong communication skills

Well motivated and keen to progress within the organisation

Excellent administrative skills

Educated to Degree standard
