About this role

Our Cyber Security programme focuses on helping you build a broad future skillset. You’ll gain skills and knowledge across a range of security domains and skills including but not limited to design, policy, compliance, and risk. All these aspects underpin the products and services we offer to our customers and helps protect us all from cyber threats.

You’ll gain experience by working with a variety of teams both within Cyber Security and across the wider organisation, all whilst having an opportunity to network with peers and following your chosen learning pathway. Cyber Security is an exciting and vibrant area with many opportunities to make a difference and assist in helping us defend against a range of threats. You will be developing & bringing to life methodologies in an agile & human centred environment.

You’ll need to demonstrate your passion for technology, and you’ll also need the ability to be able to translate complex ideas to our customers and the business acumen to see valuable opportunities when they arise.

If you don’t have a Cyber Security background, don’t worry! As part of your programme, you’ll receive on the job training, dedicated support to set you up for success and access to our internal learning platforms so you can drive your own development too! Throughout your time with us you’ll also receive opportunities and exposure to a variety of exciting projects, events and work activities that will help you to kick start a rewarding career.

This role is available in the Networks part of our business.

Starting Salary

£33,500

This is a 24-month Graduate position, followed by a permanent position in this Business Unit at the end of the programme.

What we are looking for

A 2:2 degree (or higher) in a STEM related subject is required for this role.

Because of the nature of the work we do some of our roles will require additional security clearance. Don’t worry, a member of the Early Careers Recruitment Team will talk you through this.
