Junior Human Resources Business Partner

I am delighted to be working with a leading Lloyd’s Insurer who is looking for an experienced and tenacious Junior Human Resources Business Partner to join the team on a 12-month FTC whilst the current role incumbent starts an internal secondment.

Supporting a varied client group across multiple business units, you will be working in a team of four under an encouraging senior manager.

You will be a true generalist in this role, overseeing everything on behalf of your SLT members. There are many exciting changes happening within the business, so a high level of knowledge and practical experience in ER would be very helpful in this position, plus having strong relationship-building experience and a top level of service for any staff you work with.

The client is offering full benefits and a competitive salary for the correct candidate, plus they only require their staff in the office two days a week.
