Starting at £23,920 per annum with increments as you complete assessor qualifications

Are you passionate about supporting others in their professional development within the health and social care sector? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our client as a Trainee Health and Social Care Assessor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 3 years of experience in health and social care to take the next step in their career.

Role and Responsibilities:

Train and assess learners undertaking health and social care qualifications

Provide guidance and support to learners to help them achieve their qualifications

Conduct assessments in accordance with regulatory requirements and standards

Develop individual learning plans tailored to the needs of each learner

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of learner progress and assessment outcomes

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality training and assessment services

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the health and social care sector

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

Full driving license and access to own car

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Willingness to undertake assessor qualifications and professional development
