Brook Street Recruitment is working with our Belfast client to recruit a full time and permanent Sales Executive The candidate hire can be a graduate with a hunger to really grow and perform in sales As a Sales Executive, you`ll embark on an exciting journey of learning and growth. You`ll receive guidance from experienced professionals and immerse yourself in the world of foreign direct investment (FDI), trade and sales. Your responsibilities will include outreach, prospecting, negotiation, ultimately helping us build a robust pipeline to achieve our growth plans. This hands-on experience will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in your sales career. Your key focus will be on sales in Europe and US. Responsibilities Create a list of prospective clients and qualify opportunities in line with the strategic sales plan. Conduct sales calls with prospects and schedule online and in-person meetings according to agreed sales activity targets. Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone or email Collaborate closely with our sales team to boost revenue and surpass goals. Contribute to the creation and execution of innovative sales strategies and campaigns. Monitor and assess sales data to recognize trends and growth opportunities. Attend industry events and plan a schedule of face-to-face meetings with prospects. Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns that support pipeline growth and sales objectives. Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and pipeline progress. Support and assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals and responding to RFPs Criteria Bachelor`s degree in a business related subject preferred but not essential Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats Demonstrated success in collaborative team settings Strong problem-solving capabilities Open to learning and adjusting to new challenges An understanding of economic development and foreign direct investment Proficient in MS Office Suite. Starting at £25- £27,500K, depending on your experience, plus attractive sales commission rates.
