Trainee Pensions Administrator The Role:

Your training would follow a structured programme allowing you to develop your technical pensions related knowledge, client relationship management skills and a general understanding of finance.

Trainee Pensions Administrator Key Responsibilities:

– Calculating benefits for members; i.e. leavers, retirements, transfers, deaths

– Maintaining membership records on the administration system

– Dealing with general and technical queries from members, the employer and the trustees by telephone, email and letter

Trainee Pensions Administrator You:

– Educated to A Level or equivalent

– Ability to demonstrate strong numeracy skills

– Willing to study for pension qualifications

– The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the UK
