A superb opportunity has arisen within this London based Independent Property Finance company for a recent ‘A’ level school leaver or recent graduate looking to embark upon a career within Property Finance. Full training will be provided but primary responsibilities will include:- To support the Lending managers in the ongoing management of the active loan book. Ensuring all Payments are made and receipts processed in a timely manner. Maintaining customer account records in the lending system, preparation of facility letters, amendment and renewal letters. attending meetings (internal and external)with the lending manager taking notes and preparing minutes, and producing follow up papers and correspondence. Excellent communication skills are essential as is a positive and enthusiastic manner
