We are delighted to be consulting a leading manufacturing business, offering an exciting Rotational Finance Graduate Programme designed to develop future finance leaders.

This three-year programme will provide graduates with exposure to different finance functions across the company, starting with an immersive 12-month placement in their Treasury department.

You will gain a strong understanding of the financial fundamentals of a global business and the essential role Treasury plays in its success.

Within your Treasury rotation you will gain exposure to:

Cash Management:

Monitor and manage daily cash flows, ensuring optimal liquidity and funding for the company’s operations.

Financial Analysis:

Assist in the preparation of financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

Risk Management:

Support the identification and mitigation of financial risks, including currency and interest rate exposures.

Reporting:

Prepare regular treasury reports for senior management and assist in the development of presentations for stakeholders.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
