Graduate Accountant – Excellent Salary and Benefits – Paris based/hybrid

Whilst this a highly exciting opportunity for both the organisation and your career, you will need to be pragmatic about the role, and it is essential that you have a ‘can-do’ mentality and a ‘hands-on’ approach given their current size and state of development.

Therefore youwill have to be comfortable with transactional duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation work and analytical duties as well as month end involvement and exposure to statutory accounts.

You will also need an inherent ability to communicate effectively with global colleagues and external contacts.

You will be Paris based and a fluent English speaker with strong academics and previous experience within a finance position.

You will receive superb face-to-face training, andwhilst there will be constant support, you will need to be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision for times when you work remotely or the Head of Finance is in another office.

Selected duties:

• Accounts payable – processing and managing invoices
• Accounts receivable – processing invoices and OP analysis
• Bank daily posting
• Reconciliations
• Supporting the preparation of month end accounts
• Supporting the preparation of French GAAP statutory accounts

About you:

• You will ideally be a graduate in business administration or accounting or finance
• You will have great communication skills and fluent English
• Strong Excel/ Office 365 knowledge
