What does the opportunity look like?

Our client work with a range of customers, many of them multinationals, offering them a 360 service for businesses that are looking to acquire office space.

They’re currently seeking three Graduate Sales Executives to start in their Shoreditch based offices (working Monday – Friday in the in office).

Working as a Graduate Sales Executive, you will be reaching out to Office Managers, Heads of Facilities and C-Suite level decision makers within any business that is looking to acquire office space. You will be looking to identify and secure new business opportunities by researching, qualifying, and calling leads to pass to the Business Development team.

With this being an entry level role, there is a huge amount of training and development on offer. A successful candidate will be identified by their transferable skills & personality, rather than prior work experience in sales.

Transferable skills relevant to sales are key for a successful candidate to have. The ideal individual for the role will be a confident communicator, adept at building relationships in the commercial world.

Sales isn’t easy, so resilience & tenacity are also required. Someone with big goals, personally & professionally, that is motivated to knuckle down and keep pushing on tougher days.

This role is designed with progression in mind. As part of a rapidly growing business, opportunity to progress into a BDM role could be there within a year, as well as a range of other progression opportunities into varying roles.

What is the package on offer?

£28K basic salary

£40k OTE
