Established in Norway over 50 years ago, this company now trade all over Europe and are seeking to expand their already-successful UK based sales team.

They provide Healthcare providers with advanced training, software & consumables all with the aim of saving lives through equipment and education.

Working with the NHS, Universities, Private Hospitals & more, they enjoy a reputation for delivering top class products & services.

The Role

Working as an Inside Sales Executive, your role will predominantly be based from home, with occasional trips away (fully expensed) for meetings.

Boosting your knowledge with a full range of hands on product & sales training, you will soon start to take on the full capacity of the role, working to attract new clients and increase relationships with existing ones.

Reacting to in-bound marketing leads as well as looking to create sales opportunities yourself, you’ll be reaching out to decision makers in the Healthcare sector, as well as clinical teams across multiple disciplines.

Looking to lead conversations about how your product range can impact on their line of work, you’ll aim to book product demonstrations in for the external sales team to follow up on. You may have the opportunity to progress yourself into an external sales role, meeting clients face-to-face, over the first 12-18 months. For those that wish to stay in an internal based role, team leader progression opportunities are also available!

What are the company looking for?

HUNGER! There isn’t any experience needed for this role, full training & support will be provided, but it’s crucial that the right hire has a hunger & desire to get into sales and be successful.

CONFIDENCE! Sales is all about relationship building. This role will involve phone-calls, video meetings, face-to-face meetings, so being good with new people is key.

RESILIENCE! As with most things in life, sales isn’t easy, but the rewards are plentiful for someone that can dust themselves off after a bad-day, chasing the bigger picture!

The Package?

£26,000 – £28,000 basic salary

£30,000 OTE (On Target Earnings) Y1
