Junior Sales Manager required for an engineering company that work with manufacturers of switchgears, transformers and disconnectors based in Stafford. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical & electronic engineering, power industry experience and be interested in a career in sales engineering.

Junior Sales Manager Position Overview

Identifying potential customers for the range of transformers and switchgear

Arranging offers in liaison with the factories supplying the equipment from around the world

Securing contracts

Managing the contract to meet customer’s expectations

Attending overseas factory acceptance testing with customers

Assisting the Director’s with their contracts and customer base with a view to taking on additional responsibilities (subject to performance)

Taking telephone and email enquiries through the process described above

Junior Sales Manager Position Requirements

Degree in electrical & electronic engineering

Power industry experience

Commutable distance of Stafford

Interested in a sales engineering role

Junior Sales Manager Position Remuneration

Salary £25,000-£35,000 (dependent on experience and skillset) + yearly sales bonus
