Our client, a Property Consultancy, based in Poole, are seeking a Graduate to join them to work within their Building Surveying team, focusing on a range of commercial property. The Graduate will be working directly alongside a chartered surveyor, while working towards completing the APC process to become MRICS qualified.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have graduated or be close to graduating in Building Surveying or similar (RICS accredited). The candidate will also need to be local to the Poole area, hold a full driving licence and be seeking a long-term role.

Reporting to: Senior Surveyor

Working hours: Monday to Friday
