We are now looking for experienced junior sous chef to join the team at this stunning high rosette award winning restaurant on the outskirts of Bristol. The venue makes everything from fresh and uses as many local suppliers as possible, aiming to be as sustainable as they can.
As well as getting the chance to work and learn from a renowned chef you will work 4.5 days on each week and be instrument in cooking and creating new dishes for the restaurant.

What we require – Junior Sous Chef
Previous Chef de Partie or sous chef experience to a rosette level is preferred
To support the Head Chef making everything from scratch
A willingness to learn and a desire to progress within your career
Strong communication skills
