Job description:

We are looking for an energetic Junior Sous Chef to join the team here at Bankside Hotel.

You would be joining Art Yard Bar & Kitchen, part of Bankside Hotel. Art Yard Bar & Kitchen is an informal design focused all-day restaurant serving seasonal and fresh dishes.

This role will be divided as 45 hours over 5 days.

We are looking for a Sous chef who can assist out Executive Head Chef with menu planning, inventory, and managing of supplies as well as supervising the Kitchen and Chefs.

-Passion for your role and wanting to continue developing knowledge

-Hard working attitude and an impressive team player

-High level of knife skills and eye for detail

-Experience working on different sections in high quality restaurants

-Guiding the rest of the brigade
