Baltic Apprenticeships are working alongside a leading IT support services provider, founded in 1999 that helps businesses maximize their IT investments. They are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will support their marketing efforts and execute a variety of tasks to enhance their brand visibility and engagement. As a Junior Marketer, you will collaborate directly with the Managing Director to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for an apprentice eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, campaign management, and social media engagement.

In this role, youll work towards your Multi-channel Marketing Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

Create engaging content for all social media platforms.

Implement and manage their social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and encourage user-generated content.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful campaign execution.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Assist in maintaining and updating the company website to ensure it is current, accurate, and engaging.

Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and deadlines.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

Passion for marketing and a desire to learn and progress in this career.

Ability to identify client problems and creatively showcase solutions.

Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Basic knowledge of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is preferable but not essential.

Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics is preferable but not essential.

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Grade 5/C in Math’s and 4/C in English
