Calling all aspiring Data Analysts! Here at Baltic Apprenticeship we now have a live role available for someone to take the first step into their career in Data.

Included in the role, you will be responsible for looking at data an information across 7 schools within the trust, analysing and reporting on this data to create graphs and charts for stakeholders within the business. Its a fantastic opportunity to learn and get to that next step within your career as a Data Analyst.

In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Junior Data Analyst Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Apprentice will look at data and information from across all different facets of the Trust and the 7 schools within it.
  • Creating PowerBi dashboards to analyse both pupil and staff data.
  • Apprentice will be responsible for data cleansing, checking for errors and looking for anomalies.
  • Using PowerBi to create graphs, charts and dashboards for visualisations.
  • Weekly reports to stakeholders regarding data findings.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

  • 16,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 08:30am 5pm with a 1 hour lunch
  • Hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Grade 4 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
  • Someone with a desire for making a difference to Childrens lives through the power of data.
  • Someone willing to learn and get stuck in.
  • Someone with honesty and integrity
