In this role, youll work towards your Junior Data Analyst Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Update new starters on Excel spreadsheets daily and integrate data into CRM systems (Firefish & Timesheet Portal).
  • Ensure data accuracy and validity in systems and spreadsheets, providing reports for staff KPIs, business expansion, sales, marketing, etc.
  • Manage timesheets for all divisions, ensuring consistency with information in Excel and CRM systems.
  • Frequently update and validate data across all systems.
  • Run reports to support staff KPIs and perform trend analysis.
  • Input hours into Excel spreadsheets and the payroll system.
  • Ensure candidate booking rates are current, update when necessary, and close bookings at the end of placements.
  • Export daily payroll reports for internal processing.
  • Create weekly query and timesheet reports using charts, graphs, and tables for the Operations Manager.
  • Analyse social media platform data for the marketing department.
  • Collaborate with internal and external colleagues for data analysis tasks.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

  • Salary £13,500 Per Annum
  • Monday Friday 8am 5pm
  • 25 days annual leave including bank holidays and Christmas shutdown.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • IT literate with the ability to use CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good organisation skills with the ability to effectively plan and manage the day to meet set targets and KPIs
  • Adaptable and flexible to meet the changing demands of the business.
  • Good relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and methodical approach.
  • Grade 4/C in Math’s and 4/C in English
