We’re looking for a passionate and curious Data Apprentice to join an innovative, forward-thinking team. In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Junior Data Analyst apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • You will be responsible for general Admin Tasks including inputting data onto our CRM System, making sure everything is inputted correctly and updating the system when needed.
  • Creating spreadsheets.
  • You will be involved in pulling reports, using in house system dashboards, CRM system and Excel.
  • You will be heavily involved in using Excel, imputing data, pulling reports, and creating visuals when needed.
  • You will be involved in additional Ad hoc duties as you progress in the apprenticeship.
  • You will be involved in contract work. making sure data is correct. you will look at different licensing and be involved in analysing previous contract pricing and comparing the data to the current pricing to analyse differences.
  • You will assist the marketing team when they need data pulling for marketing campaigns.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

  • 13,650 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 8am 4pm
  • 20 days holiday + bank holiday

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Grade 4 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
  • Presentable
  • Desired experience with excel
  • Willing to learn
  • Good time management
