Baltic Apprenticeships are thrilled to be working with a leading IT company in Hull who are offering a fantastic opportunity for an IT Apprentice to join their team. They’re looking for someone who is hungry to learn, innovate, and grow in the IT industry.

The business’ all-inclusive IT support and security takes a proactive approach to problem-solving, and strives for a fast resolution when issues arise. Their team of highly trained and knowledgeable Microsoft-accredited experts will provide clients with 24/7 monitoring and support, cyber attack prevention and full protection from data breaches.

As an IT Apprentice, you will be an essential part for the team, responsible for providing technical support to clients, performing diagnostic tests, laptop/pc upgrades and so much more to enhance your skills to become an effective IT Support Technician. 

In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communication Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Technical support for hardware and software systems
  • Performing diagnostic tests, modifications to software and hardware
  • Network installation and monitoring
  • Installing and supporting VOIP
  • Working with routers and switches
  • Fault finding on customer networks
  • Laptop/PC repairs and upgrades

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

  • 13,000 per annum
  • Regular salary reviews with an increase at 12 months
  • Working Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM
