In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

  • A Typical Day on the Job:
  • Creating content for the website and the social media platforms
  • Managing and creating marketing campaigns
  • Communicate with audiences on digital platforms
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities
  • Organising meetings with potential clients
  • Managing the company website

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic team.

  • Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn
  • High standard of English both written and spoken
  • Creative skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with a range of internal and external people
  • A GCSE Grade 4/C in Maths and English or equivalent is required for this role
  • Salary, Hours&Benefits:
  • 12,675 – 15,600 per annum depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Monthly team building days/nights
  • 1-hour lunch

Your Training with Baltic:

With a Baltic Apprenticeship, you’ll be on your way to a long-term career in the content creation industry. On completion of the training programme, 95% of our learners stay in full-time employment or progress onto further training with us.
