We offer digital tools -Ai driven- to make your existing services smoother and more personalised for guests like meal ordering, laundry, spa, mini-bar, car rental, executive lounge and buying essentials, and making their experience feel luxurious.

We reduce mistakes and makes processes more efficient by relying less on human involvement, reducing staff costs, whilst improving topline revenues and customer satisfaction ratings.

In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 Data Essentials Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Research and Development: Delve into AI technologies, focusing on chatbot capabilities and harnessing insights from data analysis for meaningful guest interactions and operational insights.
• API Integration and Chatbot Creation: Collaborate closely with our development team to create and integrate the companies API chatbots, ensuring they deliver intuitive and efficient responses that exceed guest expectations.
• Data Analysis and AI Reporting: Analyze real-time data to optimize chatbot performance and generate insightful reports that guide continuous improvement in guest service and operational efficiency.
• Prototyping and Innovation: Contribute to prototyping chatbots with innovative features that enhance guest engagement and streamline hotel operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Testing and Optimization: Assist in testing phases to refine chatbot functionalities, ensuring they meet our high standards of reliability and performance.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document your findings and development processes to empower our team and facilitate ongoing enhancements in AI capabilities.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

• £16,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday 9 AM 5 PM
• Standard holidays plus bank holidays
• Fully remote role
