Baltic Apprenticeships are thrilled to be partnering with a leading online e-commerce store that offer the latest and greatest in gaming, movie and TV merchandise to hire their next Content Creator Apprentice.

Their passion for pop culture drives them s to provide fans with the highest quality products and a shopping experience that is second to none. They are now looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Content Apprentice to join their dynamic team. 

As a Social Media & Content Apprentice, you will be at the forefront of creating engaging content for their blog and social media channels, with a strong focus on driving growth and revenue. You will develop and implement content strategies that enhance their online presence, attract new customers, and increase sales. This role demands a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making

In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• ?Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content for our blog, email and social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). This includes articles, product descriptions, videos, and graphics tailored to our target audience
• Growth & Revenue Focus: Craft content that not only entertains but also drives traffic, engagement, and conversions. Implement strategies to increase follower count, boost engagement rates, and convert social media followers into loyal customers
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms. Ensure a consistent brand voice and message that resonates with our audience and drives business objectives
• Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools to track the performance of blog and social media content. Provide regular reports on key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and use insights to optimize future content strategies
• SEO Optimisation: Implement SEO best practices to improve blog content visibility and search rankings. Conduct keyword research and use on-page SEO techniques to attract organic traffic
• Community Engagement: Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive environment. Monitor social media sentiment and feedback to inform content strategy
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute promotional campaigns to support product launches, sales events, and special promotions. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

• Salary – 18,000 – 25,000
• 21 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
